I think we all know the benefits of exercising not only for our body but for our mind and soul. As a big fan of working out and after one year of absence, it was about time that exercise came back to my life. Through years I have tried many types of gymnastic. So this time I wanted to try something new. And that is Pilates! When it comes to exercising two things are important. The place and the trainer. And I found the best in both at Flow Center! A beautiful and calm space where you can exercise and relax while enjoying a cup of tea! And you might not be a fan of exercising but the feeling that you have when you are done really worth trying!
